Fees For Landlords
Tenant finding service 9.6% inc vat (8% exc) indudes:
Effective advertising, including window display, our website and top leading property portals including zoopla and primelocation, contacting our applicant database, erecting a sign board outside property.
Thorough tenant screening, using a trusted external reference company, checking and taking passport copies and proof of address.
Preperation, arranging of any works required before tenants move in including any maintenance, safety checks, cleaning, inventories. Collection of tenants first months rent in advance and help in arranging deposit holding.
Holding of keys throughout tenancy.
Rent collection service 12% inc vat (10% exc) includes:
Includes all of above, plus collection of rent throughout tenancy, chasing of all late rents, keeping you informed of situation.
Management service 16.8% inc vat (14% exc) includes:
Includes all of above, in addition, day to day running of your property, holding of deposit, six monthly property inspections and report on findings, tenants point of contact for problems or just queries, arranging of maintenance quotes and works, accessing property when tenants leave and arranging of return of deposit.
Tenancy agreement fee £180 inc vat (£150 exc)
(landlords share) agreeing terms of tenancy, preparing agreement.
Inventory clerk inventory/check in fee approx £60.00 - £250.00
(landlords share) independent inventory clerk recording contents and condition of property, collecting meter readings and releasing of keys (cost dependent on size of property).
Holding of deposit £42.00 inc vat (£35.00 exc) per year not applicable for managed properties
Deposits are held by revere, we have client money protection and will register deposit with mydeposit
Consultancy fee £60.00 inc vat (£50.00 exc) per hour
Any additional works including (though not limited to) additional property visits, waiting time at properties, installing smoke/carbon monoxide alarms.
